  • Video calls are recommended for the best experience. 
  • In accordance to proper state and federal regulations governing the practice of veterinary medicine and establishing a valid Veterinary-Client-Patient-Relationship (VCPR) telemedicine is limited to consultations. Diagnostic services must remain an in-person experience.
